Changing your mind

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Email hello@alauda.uk with your order number and we will send you the returns address by reply. Post the goods back within 14 days of telling us; you pay the return postage, and we recommend a tracked service.

We refund the full price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the card you paid with. We may reduce the refund if the goods come back with more than the handling needed to examine them in a shop.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. After that we will repair or replace, and if we cannot, refund. Email us first so we can diagnose it; most problems with a USB device are the cable or the host, and we would rather fix those than have you post it.

12-month warranty

We warrant the bat dongle against faults in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If it fails in that time we repair or replace it and cover the return postage. The warranty does not cover damage from water, drops, misuse or opening the case, and it is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

Electrical waste (WEEE)

The crossed-out wheelie bin on the label means this product must not go in household waste. When it reaches the end of its life, email us and we will take it back free of charge for recycling; you can also use your local authority recycling centre. Apalos Ltd takes responsibility for this as the producer of the equipment.
